You can probably guess from the name that there will be a heavy amount of vehicle customization throughout the game as you progress through the various chapters. The story behind Need for Speed Shift revolves around an undercover agent who gets framed for the murder of a high ranking official. But if you are looking for a nice story-line, intriguing races, and a well-designed auto system that can be honed and improved upon - then the game can be a rewarding experience. If you are looking for a game with a lot of content, tight puzzles, amazing graphics, and tons of car customization - this game is not for you. Need for Speed: Shift on the other hand, is not a port of any of the previous games in the series, but rather a new game that offer a fresh take on what the series has to offer.
